Operating standards
Service policies.
These policies explain how reservations, passengers, belongings, itinerary changes, and confirmations are handled.
Reservations and availability
An online request begins the booking process but does not hold the vehicle. A reservation is confirmed after itinerary review, quote acceptance, and written confirmation from Northstar Drive.
Passengers and luggage
The EV9 seats up to five passengers in addition to the driver, but luggage-carrying trips are generally limited to four guests. Guests must disclose luggage volume, mobility devices, and child-seat needs in advance.
Children
Children are welcome. One child seat may be available with at least four hours’ notice. A responsible adult must confirm that the provided seat is appropriate and supervise the child.
Pets and smoking
Pets, smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted. Service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.
Belongings
Guests should keep valuables and essential items with them. Items left in the vehicle are at the guest’s risk, subject to applicable law.
Conduct and safety
Unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct may result in refusal or termination of service. Seat belts are required. The driver retains final authority over safe vehicle operation.
Rates and changes
Final rates, cancellation terms, overtime, waiting, tolls, parking, airport charges, and special-event adjustments are disclosed before a reservation is confirmed. Material itinerary changes may require a revised quote.
