Here is what to expect when requesting and confirming a Northstar Drive reservation.

How does booking work?

Submit your trip details online. Northstar Drive reviews the itinerary and sends an availability response and quote. Your ride is reserved only after you receive written confirmation.

When is service generally available?

Weekday availability is 5:30 PM–12:00 AM. Weekend availability is 4:00 AM–1:00 AM. Advance reservations receive priority.

How many passengers can ride?

The EV9 carries up to five passengers in addition to the driver. Trips with luggage will generally be limited to four guests so a rear seat can fold for cargo. Exact capacity depends on luggage and child-seat needs.

Are children allowed?

Yes. One child seat can be provided when requested at least four hours in advance. The responsible adult must confirm that the seat is suitable for the child.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are permitted in the vehicle. Service animals are handled as required by applicable law.

Can we leave shopping bags in the vehicle?

Hourly guests may leave ordinary belongings in the vehicle between stops, but should keep valuables, identification, medication, and irreplaceable items with them. Northstar Drive cannot guarantee items against loss or damage.

How much notice is needed?

Advance planning is recommended. A simple point-to-point request may occasionally be possible with one hour’s notice, but availability is not guaranteed.
